Our friends at Everyday Health shared this handy infogram with Just Stop Eating So Much! in an effort to get us all to consider how these statistics relate to how much soda we consume – and what it’s potentially doing to our health. As some of my readers know, I cut out soda of all kinds long ago and have never missed it. I also noticed significant gains in my health (not to mention significant loss - in regard to my diet).
